The LII Super Bowl champion has been named. We still hear the cheers about the teams and the athletes. I love to look back and see what we've learned.
Five easy steps are important: have heart, don't give up if you're not picked first, try new things, volunteer, and have faith that you can do it. Things won't always go your way, but you can't let this get to you. You have to reframe your situation and look at the experience as a learning. It doesn't matter if you go to the Super Bowl, Olympics, or position in a company, you need to keep positive. Keep your passion alive and work hard. It always pays off. And don't hesitate to travel to Minnesota. It is a great place to ski, snowboard, and ice fish in the winter, and great for boating, swimming, and sailing in spring, summer, and fall. Come visit our great state.

- 1. The team with the biggest heart has the most in the game. The Patriots have won the Super Bowl many times, but the Eagles have never won it. The Eagles really, really wanted to win a Super Bowl. They have struggled and struggled, and this was their chance. They had the extra bit of heart in the game. This is one of the things the algorithm that odds makers use to figure out the spread doesn't have figured in. If you have a passion for something, it will take you a long way. If you persevere, not letting bumps get you down, you can get to your goal.
- Back up quarterbacks are just as good as first line quarterbacks. Foles was top notch. He just didn't have the right timing to get on the front line right away. Minnesota's 3rd string quarterback, Case Keenum also brought the Vikings to the final playoff game. Lots of us miss a job because of timing. Don't let this get you down. There was probably a reason for it. We just don't know it at the time.
- It was cold in Minnesota during the Super Bowl, but that didn't bother the fans. Everyone had a great time because of the hospitality that Minnesota provided. Be sincere in all your relationships. It goes a long way when making a deal. People traveled a long way to come to Bold Cold Minnesota. They found out that Minnesota is a nice place. Try things that you might not know much about. Learn new things. This is a great way to keep improving yourself.
- Volunteers made this a special event. There were a lot of volunteers on hand in downtown Minneapolis to get people to the right places. It didn't matter if they were stationed outside in the 2 degree weather or in the sky-way. They all had happy faces. They got to be a part of the jovial events leading up to the Super Bowl or be in the stadium during the Super Bowl. They not only got to participate in the event, they got a lot of bling to go along with it including jackets, scarves, hats, and backpacks. It was a win, win situation. Day to day we need to see this in our lives. If we volunteer, we will get paid back at least 5 fold. Whether it be to help people in countries that were hit by a hurricane, help family members in need, or help your community. You will be paid back at least 5 fold. Your sense of accomplishment, the love you get from the recipients, and the skills you learn along the way are countless.
- Have faith. The Eagles had faith. They prayed that they would win. They were grateful for the winnings they had. Please have faith that you can do something. Be positive. Look at the bright side of things. If you FAIL (First Attempt At Learning), learn by your mistakes. Your success is a combination of all your failures. We all fail, but you have to learn how to pick up the pieces and keep going. Each year football teams play again with the hope of getting to the Super Bowl. They never give up.
