There are several restaurants and they are all fabulous. One of our favorites was the Steak and Seafood restaurant near the beach. As we arrived at the restaurant, a wedding had just occurred. The wedding party was getting ready for their dinner in the high class disco above our restaurant.
Dress code: Casual attire. Casual elegance in the evening: dress shorts are allowed. No swim wear, tops or bare feet allowed in the restaurants.
The trip reminded me of Costa Rica. It had exotic birds, monkeys, mangroves and even a hanging bridge. We didn't see a volcano, but the ruins were just as delightful.
