Pick something on your list and work towards it. Pick the one that is the hardest. Once you have picked your goal, set specific things you can do to reach that goal. Make a daily checklist and check it each evening to see if you’ve worked toward your goal that day. If you haven’t, make sure you do the next day. Tracking is so important. You need to keep yourself accountable. Make sure you keep tracking or you’ll lose motivation. Once you’ve done something for 30 days without missing a day, it should become a habit.
